I picked this solely based upon the reviews, and it turned out to great place to stay. Only through the booking did we come to learn about the Author Louis Penny, her books, and Three Pines. The accommodations and food were excellent. Louise and Gilles were wonderful; we enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them during our stay. They gave us great suggestions about Louse Penny landmarks and great recommendations for restaurants. We actually met Louise during our visit. We would definitely come back.

Les hôtes sont très gentils et accueillants.
Les déjeuners sont corrects pour une clientèle qui mangent ce genre de nourriture.
Pour ma part j’aurais préféré un bon pain de grain, céréales, fruits, yogourt, fromage.

Les propriétaires du B&B sont très gentils, d’excellents cuisiniers. Le déjeuner était tout simplement sublime. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur présence, leur gentillesse et la propreté de leur emplacement. Tout valait largement coté de 4. La place méritait 5/5 pour le service et leur déjeuner.

This immaculate B&B is a charming Victorian house adjacent Lac Brome, near Knowlton and Bromont for fine dining. And near some of the best biking trails in Quebec.

Louise and Giles are lovely, attentive hosts. This BnB is in a charming, well kept house in a convenient location for 'Louise Penny' country. And the breakfasts are good. I'd stay there again.

Superbe endroit et super service. Vous pouvez demander n’importe quoi, les endroits à visiter par exemple. Déjeuner copieux et ensoleillé. Je suis intolérant au lactose et ils ont pensé à moi. Profitez en bien.

A perfect stay with welcoming hosts. A very comfortable room, lovely common spaces and superb food. We were seated with other guests at breakfast which made for lovely conversation! Highly recommend and will return again!

We had a lovely stay at Hillhouse in connection with the Three Pines Tour. The breakfasts were fantastic, and the accommodations were so lovely! Louise and Gilles were wonderful hosts and gave us tips on local restaurants to visit. A great experience that I urge all to try!
