Thermostat cannot be changed even though the room is cold. Front desk told me it was set by management at 20. Regardless of what the thermostat says, cold is cold. If I am paying for my room I need to feel comfortable and not have to shiver getting out of the shower or getting up in the morning.

Ample parking, inviting entrance area, friendly courteous staff, beautiful pool area, hot hot tub!!! This hotel is the best that package La Biche has! Perfect for a team to spend the night and enjoy the pool and hot tub! The breakfast had a great selection! Excellent stay!

I think the management of this Ramada needs to have some review. The staff should not tell patrons they are going to quit! Tells me something is terribly wrong with in the workplace. Also if you’re going to close the pool to prove a point, prove that point to the patrons that were the problem Not a couple of little kids that had nothing to do with what went on the night before!

We are not handicapped so would hsve liked a room with a bathtub.

We were on the first floor which had also has a door to the parking lot. It was nice to bring our luggage directly to the room from our vehicle, but there was about 1/2 inch gap between the door and the frame making us feel a little unsafe.
The room was dirty in corners, walls mirrors.
Stove looked like wiped with a dirty cloth. Dated with chips in furniture and wall.
Often had difficulty with the card swiping into the room.
Reception staff very nice. Breakfast was fine.
Would probably not stay there again.

Everything at Ramada Lac La Biche was quite satisfactory. The room was clean and spacious with all the supplies needed in the bathroom area. The only recommendation would be to change the mattress in the king bed. Every movement made it difficult to get comfortable and to sleep. It’s a good thing there was a couch which was slightly more comfortable to sleep in.
