Cadeau smartbox, belle prestation chambre confort double. Notre chambre n'était pas prête à notre arrivée à 14h mais la réceptionniste a pu nous donner une chambre équivalente en ayant pris bien soin de demander une baignoire. Chambre propre, confortable, plein de petits produits sympas. Buffet petit déjeuner très bon surtout quand on apprécie le salé. Un peu de bruit le matin, nous étions au dessus du restaurant mais je ne suis pas certaine que cela soit dû à cela et non pas au voisinage. Dommage pour nous le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la piscine extérieure non chauffée. Elle avait l'air sympa 😊

Façade qui "ne paie pas de mine", mais quel contraste avec l'intérieur très luxueux ! Les quatre étoiles nous ont fait hésiter en raison du tarif de ce genre d'établissement, mais les prix sur le site direct de l'hôtel offrent de belles remises et nous avons même été "surclassés" en réservant une chambre "vintage" moins chère et en ayant la bonne surprise d'avoir une meilleure chambre, vaste et impeccable, tout comme la salle de bains. Aucun bruit, petit déjeuner remisé également sur le site direct, très fourni et varié. Personnel et accueil impeccables également. Nous reviendrons !

I happen to stay at this hotel several times a year as it is convenient for my business. The location is, for me, top notch, especially not far from the motorways for those who travel by car between East (towards Switzerland) and West (towards Bordeaux) of Lyon or between North (towards Paris) and South (towards Marseille). The hotel itself is clean and tidy. The parking is fantastic, very easy with a lot of space, and a special bonus for the electric charging stations which have been in place since around 2022 and which are very useful to me. The rooms are nice and spacey, I cannot fault the staff for the room cleaning either. The restaurant is nice especially in the Spring/Summer with a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool. The bar is decent although a bit dated in my view. The breakfast is OK but not great. My main comment would be on the restaurant room inside which needs some improvement in my point of view. It feels like this is a conference room that has been turned into a restaurant (maybe it is?) and this is not what I expect from a restaurant, which makes me feel uncomfortable. This is why I only eat there in the nicer weather when we can dine outside. This is a minor personal comment however, and overall it remains a very good hotel and I will stay there again.

Very quiet hotel, very pleasant welcome, a beautiful relaxation area for an aperitif. The restaurant is very good, good value for money. The rooms are very spacious, good quality bedding.

Not at all worthy of a 4 star, the rooms are dilapidated, the toilet flushes only once in 10, no minibar, noisy air conditioning, for the second night no bottle of water and coffee!!!! !! The restaurant is perfect, nothing to complain about, super friendly staff The Spa and massages are to be avoided, price displayed is 85 Euros and 100 euros debited... We really feel like we're being ripped off 2 nights 300 euros, 1 dinner 100 euros and the worst 2 massages from M. for 200 euros!!!!!!
