We've stay here over many years, and although carpeting is new, other things need repair: room temp. machine is old and tooooooo loud, not producing much either; sink taps still leak, bed too close to wall so difficult to get out of; beds too high for us shorter people to get in/out of easily, esp. if you're older; toilet too close to wall; bathroom fan LOUD, at night wakes others up; in other words there is a lot of upgrading needed. However, staff are great, food is fine, rates are good, clean facility, easy access; will stay agin but only one night.

The property was decent for the price. The property itself deserves 4 stars for the price point, but minus 1 star for the interrogation by the front desk staff upon check-in. She was predominantly concerned that I was declaring all the people who were staying. Asked question after question about who was staying in the room with me.
