Best Western Plus Landmark Inn

No heat in my room, it’s winter. Really you need to do better.

Friendly staff and clean place.

Room was clean and nice. Inconvenient was that they didn't provide enough bath towels. We are 4 people but just 2 bath towels. When we asked for more they said that don't have today. 😀 same story for pool. Breakfast was pretty small selection and not enough for amount of people that stayed in the hotel. Staff was kinda indifferent...

It was an okay stay. We stayed for the use of the indoor pool for our family since it’s winter time, but the pool room and the water temp were way too cold for comfort. We would’ve used it more if it had been warmer. The room itself was decent and pretty clean. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The cable service for the TV, though, was lousy. It seemed as though all the family/children’s channels had poor service and came in fuzzy. Other channels were oddly fine. This was a small thing, but it was frustrating that we booked a room with two beds (and on record for three people staying) and we only had two bath towels. Breakfast was standard for a free hotel breakfast, but the eggs we had on the second day tasted kind of funny. Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, just a lot of little things that made it mediocre. I will likely look for a different hotel if we make this trip again.

The room had a few issues in bathroom. The toilet didn’t always flush correctly, the facet on sink was loose, and the shower didn’t drain well so water pooled enough that I was concerned it would overflow. The pool area did not provide any towels. The breakfast was ok, nothing great.

Everything was as expected. Great friendly service. Very clean!

My family of 5 stayed here recently over the school vacation week. We vacationed with another family friend and all had a great time. The hotel was immaculate, comfortable and welcoming. The rooms were well equipped and provided plenty of storage for all of our winter gear and the room also had a fridge. The hotel pool was clean and well maintained- the kids loved it! We especially appreciated the complimentary hot breakfast. It was well attended too, had many options, especially for those who are gluten free. I was so impressed that they offered gluten free bagels and muffins! The location of the hotel is also great- very close to the Tilton outlets, Belknap shopping plaza, and even has a Walgreens on the same lot. This really is a great location for families and really, any traveler. Dining options were close by too! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back! Fresh coffee is available 24/7 and be sure to bring your reusable water bottle, there is even a water refill station in the lobby!

If you want to be right down in Laconia this is a great spot. I was visiting local family and we decided to stay here since it was off season pricing. I understand - but abhor - the massive price hikes during summer months. So this Thanksgiving stay was a nice change on rates.
