We can say that it is only half an hour away from Rome and within the village. You should definitely reach there by car. The facility was perfect and had a very large garden. We could sit and eat and drink wherever we wanted.

I booked several hotel rooms online for my last trip to Europe, and this was the only one that didn't disappoint. It's conveniently located near Rome's center (approximately 20 miles away), especially if you rent a car and drive. Most importantly, it allowed me to experience the Tuscany lifestyle in a short period, fulfilling one of my expectations for this trip. The traditional room settings, excellent service, charming environment, and friendly people added to the overall delightful experience.

The property itself is nice. It's a cute experience but only one day maybe. We ended up checking out early. They advertise air conditioning however you cannot control it yourself and it is one unit for the entire property so they keep it warm and mostly off. It was too hot to sleep so we kept our windows open which then made it very noisy. They advertise black out curtains too and my room did not have those, the light hit our face all night. On top of that we woke up to construction right outside our room at 8am so we could not sleep. The restaurant at the top is good but the menu is limited.

When we arrived, we were received with a friendly reception and walked to our room for convenience. The grounds were beautiful, and the rooms were clean. The bed was very comfortable, there was a mini fridge to keep our drinks cold and a blow dryer in the bathroom. The breakfast wasn’t very good with a variety of meats, cheeses, eggs, cereal, fruit with coffee and juices to drink. We were very impressed with the property!

The hotel is beautiful, beds are not so comfortable, on the day we arrived 8/5/24 the receptionist was very nice and helpful, the next day when we left, the receptionist charged us 15 euros for City Tax !!! When in every hotel we stayed in later we were charged 2 euros for City Tax. We left with the feeling that they still from us!! In the receipt we received it was written in Italian "donation". Although we asked why the City Tex was so expensive, the receptionist said that it was mandatory to pay. We feel that we were cheated and it's a shame.

To be avoided, unfortunately I had a great disappointment, I didn't show up on the date I had booked due to a serious bereavement, I took care to notify them the day before, they in turn had occupied my room for other customers and in the end they didn't even give me a voucher, even in a small way, that I could use on the other dates, taking advantage of the (FULL) sum that I had paid in advance. Act of profiteering in all respects, a real shame!

Very beautiful place because it is surrounded by greenery and tranquility. Room quite large and clean but dark. Breakfast needs improvement, inedible cakes. Friendly staff. The pizzeria on the slopes of the structure is good... and the evening caraoke is fun. Bar at the relais poorly stocked and with excessive prices. High quality/price ratio. I will return hoping not to find the critical issues I listed. The place is worth it!
