We were told that our room is checked in by strangers and it is 3am in the evening. We have to share a king bedroom.
No toothbrush/toothpaste before you have a request.
There is no follow-up solution.

My stay was very nice. I love how close the hotel is to Main Street Lafayette. Very walkabe to churches and good restaurants. Walkable to campus as well (when the weather is agreeable). I was somewhat disappointed that the pool is not in working order and that this fact was not mentioned on the website then i booked. I will stay again ext tome i visit Purdue

They stated they were in the process of fixing the bathrooms but not until I arrived. The rooms were dirty and bathrooms not only in disrepair but also filthy. Staff was so so.

Our party of 8 (7 rooms) arrived at 9:50 pm. There was no one at reception or anyone in the lobby for 25 minutes. No explanation was given for the ghostly reception. A phone call to Holiday Inn’s national reservation line yielded a whole lot of hold music and no help. If no one is minding the store at night, this doesn’t seem like a very safe place to stay. I can’t imagine any one of us (seasoned travelers all) would want to stay in another Holiday Inn after this. Also, the shower was kind of dingy yellow - yuck.
