Hotel was clean. The lady at the front counter who checked me in was exceptionally nice.

Everything was really great!! I loved the cleanliness of everything.

We were home for a family funeral, a very difficult time. The hotel was clean, with a small kitchenette. and good beds. It is close to restaurants and grocery stores. We would stay here again. The check in clerk, couchette, I apologize for misspelling of your name, came to our room with flowers and a lovely card signed by the staff. I was shocked and totally thankful for her thoughtfulness during a very difficult time.

The staff was professional, and the hotel was very clean. However, the property was also quite worn. For example, doors were scratched, and corners of the night stand were worn away. I would prefer clean over new any day of the week, so I would certainly stay here again.

Staff was great. Carpeting in room was coming up in a few places causing trip hazards. Pool was closed. No one knew why.

Room was clean. Sirprised to see appliances. Needed a crib and the hotel provided one from another location. Service and professionalism was excellent.

The bathroom doors top hinge was broken, so the door hung awkwardly and did not close unless lifted into position. The American flag outside is tattered. Please replace it. Everything else was satisfactory

Management and staff go above and beyond to help the guests out. They put ALOT of work into making your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Great customer services. Great people and very well managed, we enjoy our stay and appreciate all the help they provide with utensils as well as the borrowing cabinet!
