TV didn’t work. Nobody available that could fix issue. Black out shades were dirty. Very expensive for quality of hotel and service.

The whole front desk area was disgusting and the staff where unkept and unprofessional! Upper management needs to pay a visit! The lobby smelled like bleach and funk mixed together. I m assuming they are short staffed especially with maids since I saw I believe the night manager and one of the front desk people making up beds.Rooms needed to be better cleaned. Lights didn’t work

This hotel was horrible the gym had crappy equipment and it was in the same room as the washers and dryers so it was very hot in there and the rooms had a horrible musty smell bed’s uncomfortable and they obviously allow people to smoke dope in their rooms. The entire hall way stunk like a skunk had died. I complained to the front desk multiple times and nothing was done and it was overpriced

I booked 2 rooms
One, the bathroom floor was filthy. I wiped it with a washcloth and the cloth was black. The other room, the shower didn’t work and they had to take baths!
