When we entered the room and pulled back the bedding, there was a bed bug, and a roach crawled behind the headboard and there was another roach on the wall. We left, we didn't even sleep there. Left the key on the dresser and just left. There was no way I was taking the chance of bringing roaches and bed bugs home.

Misleading. Per ******* the property states Pets stay free. When checking in was told there was a non refundable $10 per night per pet fee. Which was additional $100 plus a $50 refundable ( though I haven't been refunded yet) cleaning deposit.. This should be stated as other properties do under the policy section. not stated as pers stay free.staff did cut the fee in half but still misrepresenting and collecting extra fees without notification doesn't seem very ethical.

I rented a single room for 2 nights in January for someone. The person was only in the room a total of 10 hours. I still paid in full for both nights but my card was charged double. I was paying for 1/11 and 1/12/24 and my coworker was paying for 1/13 and 1/14. My coworker paid for the weekend for this person before we realized she wasn’t returning to the room. On 1/12/24 I asked if my coworker could get a refund when I turned in the room keys and she was refused a refund even though I verified their cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. So she should have at least received Sunday back. I cleaned the room before turning in the keys because I collected the person’s belongings and they charged my card for a fraudulent damage charge. Then my coworker had my signature on her receipt. We are not related and do not bank together. The motel assistant manager claimed it was because I rented the room first. These were two separate transactions which we made very clear when we arrived. She also charged me double what she charged my coworker for the exact same room. Go to the Better Business Bureau website and search 139 Frontage Rd Lafayette In Motel 6 and read about the false credit card charges they do. Be sure to search under businesses not accredited by the Better Business Bureau because they are not. Their rating is a 1.2. I do not want anyone else to lose their money to these people. If they steal your money please file a complaint with the Indiana State Attorney General’s Office. The main customer service number just refers you back to the property so they will not help you.

It was close to my desired destination

The lady who checked us in was very nice. We got to our room and there were no towels. She brought them immediately. The room seemed clean enough but when I took a shower in the morning, my feet left black marks in the tub from the dirty floor.

Check in was very informal. Placed in one room and by the time we drove around building front desk person gave us key to another room. All 4 rooms I reserved thru ******* were build to my card a day before arrival Said would reverse at discharge, now told back may not clear reversal for a week or two.

Clean room and OK Bed. Quiet after dark.

Clean! No shampoo or conditioner in the rooms.
