In more than 40 years traveling around the world and in Brazil, it was the worst accommodation we had in the world. Half double bed sold as executive, for a price that on the market average is not worth R$250.00 was charged R$312.00 . The bed with the BOX platform with a broken leg and guenza. Shorted ceiling light remained on. Average coffee. In this experience, the employee Vinicius, who took over the early morning shift, transferred us to a renovated apar**ent that still wouldn't be worth R$ 280.00. Anyone who doesn't want to suffer humiliation and mistrea**ent should escape this mess.

The website states that there is a room with 2 double beds, but to my surprise, upon check-in, I was informed by the receptionist that there is no room with 2 double beds, only a room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed, but there was no accommodation available at the time. . As a result, we had to hire another room at the hotel and pay the daily rate for this room due to the confusion that was not resolved by *********. We requested the daily rate for this room which had to be booked due to incorrect information on the website and no one was responsible for it.

Horrible service, rude staff and scowling at guests, especially Mr Junior at reception, this one in particular stands out when it comes to ignorance and in my opinion he shouldn't be at reception. I had a bad experience with dinner too, the cook seemed dissatisfied with her work and did everything anyway. Unfortunate experience that I do not recommend!
