The staff was so helpful to us. I accidentally left my camera on the bus, and they spent significant time on the phone with the bus company helping me retrieve it. They were always friendly and helpful, and the best part of this hostel. Another highlight of the hostel is the extensive common area, which is clean and spacious. Soft drinks, beer, and meals are available there, and we were pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food. The hotel is a short walk, maybe 10 minutes, to the heart of the El Calafate restaurant/bar district. It’s also walkable to the bus station, perhaps 20-25 minutes. The luggage storage was large and very helpful for the 3 days we backpacked near Fitzroy. The private room with private bath was clean and simple. Wi-Fi worked well.

Everything about this place is wonderful. It was the first place I visited while traveling as a backpacker. In addition to being economical, it is a space to feel, connect, and live magical experiences. The atmosphere is tremendously beautiful, it feels very calm and friendly, I found the rooms very nice, the beds were very comfortable, it is a safe place, I always loved the breakfast. The kitchen is a meeting space, and please, the people at the reception are WONDERFUL!! I hope you remember me, but for Liam, Dani, Jere, let them know that I loved them with my life and I remember them with love every day.
