O ambiente de restaurante e cozinha estavam infestados de ratos. Eu gravei. Inclusive cometam um pedaço da massa de pizza que o pizzaiolo iria fazer e ele jogou fora. Mas foi triste a experiência nesse ponto.

O all inclusive é muito ruim. Difícil obter o que oferecem geralmente está em falta até coisas mais simples. Outro ponto negativo ao chegar debitaram as diárias do meu cartão e depois informaram que estava errado porque eu já havia pago para esse aplicativo ficaram de reembolsar mas até agora não fizeram o reembolso mesmo eu tendo ligado no hotel cobrando

A recepção não atende o telefone, de forma nenhuma. E das inúmeras vezes que solicitei um pano para o banheiro, só consegui depois de dois dias, O cobertor, conseguiu na recepção, na segunda noite... Ou seja se precisar de algo, demora muito para atender. Em contrapartida o hotel é maravilhoso, se vc não precisa de nada...
