Very good quality hotel! Staff were professional, friendly and helpful.

The food at the restaurant is probably the best food in Lagoa Santa.

Location is right next to the lake, beautiful views.

The only issues we had: the sheets were not fitted, so you wake up sleeping on the mattress sometimes.

The bikes are easy to hire from the hotel too! 🚴

Limpo, organizado e bem localizado próximo da lagoa.

O único inconveniente que tive foi quanto ao checkin que por telefone fui informada que como era as 14h e eu chegaria de madrugada poderiam estender meu checkout de 12h para as 17h, pois fui para uma festa que só seria a noite. 
Após muita insistência aceitaram a prorrogação mediante ao pagamento extra. 
Outro hotel da cidade ficou sabendo do ocorrido e me concedeu a hospedagem até o horário do meu evento e mais uma diária. Café da manhã agradável.

The only inconvenience I had was with regard to checkin, which by phone I was informed that since it was 2 pm and I would arrive at dawn, they could extend my checkout from 12 pm to 5 pm, as I went to a party that would only be at night.
After much insistence, they accepted the extension by paying extra.
Another hotel in the city found out about the incident and granted me accommodation until the time of my event and one more night. Pleasant breakfast.

I will start with good things: awesome location on the lake in a safe town, friendly staff (as much their lack of English goes), very comfortable mattress and delicious breakfast. BUT the rooms are NOT clean (as somebody already wrote, you see other people’s hair on the floor, bathroom), neither they clean floors during your stay. The furniture and facilities are quite outdated and bathroom is moldy. While the bed is huge, they don’t have fitting to it bedsheets - they barely cover the mattress and keep on sliding during the night.  AND most important we got screwed upon checkout- someone twice put a dinner in our room, interestingly enough on one of our names… which was impossible to sort out with limited English skills of the staff. I am quite disappointed with the way it all went…
