Good value for money, breakfast needs to be improved

Hard to review but OK

I have a wonderful experience with my friend, The environment was calm for business discussions The breakfast tea was lovely I also enjoyed the hospitality and i love the ambiance I won’t hesitate doing business presentations in the available halls.

Amazing stay here at the Radisson Lagos! We stayed on a Friday night so we enjoyed great food from the BBQ - highly recommend the prawns- put on by the hotel and enjoyed great music from the Igwe & De Positive Band. Great vibes and a great atmosphere!

Unique and Beautiful experience. The room is of good size with a comfy bed. Breakfast is good with choices to choose from and a nice hot drink/ coffee to begin the day! Really enjoyed my two day stay wish I could extend it! Coming back soon. Good staff courteous people.

Regular customer treated like nobody, all tower body, floor and face not provided after promising at 1800hrs until check out next day. Hotel slippers provided after request

The staff here are truly amazing and they go above and beyond to make the stay great and their customers happy. They talk you and make your stay personal centred. I felt safe and comfortable. The drinks menu can improve but overall good, food is amazing

This is for the front desk staff. Especially Steven and Adebowale stand out with their friendliness. They're outmost professional, helpful, efficient and extremely friendly towards their guests. Those two gentlemen go out of their way to make sure, their guests are safe. Steven even assisted me crossing the busy road! Outside at the entrance it's Kindness and the entire staff, including the security personnel who do their very best to make guests feel welcome, safe and comfortable, which isn't so easy as they have to stand outside in their suits in the heat. Thank you Radisson, for having such great staff as theses gentlemen.

This hotel is always exceeding my expectations time after time. What a hospitable place. Staff are very friendly, warm and welcoming. I always look forward to my stay here when coming for business

The staff are very polite and helpful. Very courteous group of representatives especially the porters and bar staff. Clean and tidy. Too

The hotel is very good considering the available offerings. Rooms are very comfortable, revealing some wear and tear in some appliances but besides that, great. Breakfast has a lot of national varieties but not easy for an internacional/ European style breakfast. The staff is helpful and nice. Amenities include a pool that has a decent size and a gym that has enough for exercising although machines are outdated. The only thing to improve is noise from the guests. In my room in weekend days people just hang around the hall which makes it difficult to sleep- believe it’s cultural not the hotel fault!

The room was in front of the street and noise was quite disturbing each evening. They charged me more than what they confirmed. Additionally asked double money than what was for extras. After rejecting and spending 15 min for this topic they have corrected and excused! Was not helpful to change my business suit before going to airport and showed WC to do this;(
