Radisson Blu Hotel, Lagos Ikeja

It was a great pleasure being a guest at the Radisson Blue Hotel Ikeja GRA. The place is cossy, serene, very neat and lively. Emmanuel who is the Supervisor at the Bar was very fantastic and guest centric. He is a great man. Uche the Restaurant Manager was also fantastic. Emmanuel and Uncle made me to have a great, remarkable and memorable stay here. Kudos to the duos. I look forward to my next visit. Cheers

I really had a great time and experience at Radisson Blu Ikeja GRA ... I had to extend my stay for extra 2 days. The food is also excellent....

The hospitality is perfect,. discipline, accommodative, nice and friendly staffs, good foods with different kinds of delicacy, secured environment aesthetically beautiful and enough social amenities, I highly recommend it a place to stay.

I arranged an airport pick up for an early arrival 1am. There was no - one at the airport to pick me up. My mobile was unfortunately not working and I spend 2 hrs until some let me use their phone at a cost. Apparently the contact person that was supposed to pick me up was not on duty. I had to wait a further 20 minutes for someone else to to collect me. Very poor service.

The bed is the fluffiest I have ever seen🤭 , the bathroom is as comfy as being in a living room.. the room services is unarguably the best

Before checking in I had made a request to have a rollaway bed in my room. Upon checking in the front desk confidently said the rollaway was already in my room. When we got to the room it wasn’t there. It took housekeeping over an hour to finally bring the bed. Then there was the case of ordering room service, it took about 5 calls before someone answered the phone. Staff claimed it was because other ppl called the phone. Then at 3am when we were about to take my niece to the airport, we needed a bellman to come help with the 5 luggage. We called the same customer service reception and no one answered the phone. What if it was an emergency? So dangerous. I finally went down with two luggage to go yell, I saw the phone guy sleeping through the glass office. I was so angry. The front desk face done excuse that the guy took medication, why is your staff working if they are sick? This hotel was a favorite because I love Amani spa, but I will never suggest it to anyone. It’s mediocre service, and there needs to be proper training for the staff.

It started with the hotel forgetting to pick me up from the airport. I landed at 21:30 and ended up at the hotel close to mid-night It took me two hours to arrive and when I did I was given a dingy rather dirty room facing the street, not only was there traffic, but a night club with blaring loud music right across the road, including blinking lights. It was 2am by the time I could finally sleep (and I had to get up a 6:00) so short and really bad night. There was nothing nice about the hotel and they charged me for the airport transfer that never came to pick me up. When I claimed I had been charged for multiple transfers, when in reality I had exactly one, I received no response; despite sending the booking receipts from my credit card.

The hotel staff were very friendly and supportive. The GM, the DOS and the FOM were professional, accommodating, supportive and welcoming. This is surely a home away from home. I will recommend the Radisson Blu Ikeja to friends and colleagues.
