Before checking in I had made a request to have a rollaway bed in my room. Upon checking in the front desk confidently said the rollaway was already in my room. When we got to the room it wasn’t there. It took housekeeping over an hour to finally bring the bed. Then there was the case of ordering room service, it took about 5 calls before someone answered the phone. Staff claimed it was because other ppl called the phone. Then at 3am when we were about to take my niece to the airport, we needed a bellman to come help with the 5 luggage. We called the same customer service reception and no one answered the phone. What if it was an emergency? So dangerous. I finally went down with two luggage to go yell, I saw the phone guy sleeping through the glass office. I was so angry. The front desk face done excuse that the guy took medication, why is your staff working if they are sick? This hotel was a favorite because I love Amani spa, but I will never suggest it to anyone. It’s mediocre service, and there needs to be proper training for the staff.
