The reception at the hotel front desk was very poor and inefficient. They provided us with the printed Ctrip booking information, but they didn't know the suite information we booked. There was no sense of service. We asked for a lobby WI-FI service, but they were unwilling to provide it. After many communications, they only provided one person with 1 hour of network. We ordered a small suite, which cost about RMB 2,800 per room per night, which is not as good as a three-star hotel in China. The supporting facilities are poor. It is close to the road, and the room glass is not hollow and soundproof. The noise is loud and you can't rest well. The room is poorly clean, and the carpet has not been vacuumed for a long time. The breakfast is acceptable. There is also a non-smoking area in the entire hotel, which is ok. Overall, I don't recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu and had such a memorable experience. The room was incredibly spacious with a view that was hard to beat, and the bed was exactly the kind of 'cloud-like' comfort you hope for after a long day. What truly set the stay apart, however, was the team. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was warm and genuine. A special shout-out to the restaurant staff—they are, without a doubt, the best team I’ve encountered. It’s rare to find people who look like they truly love what they do, but every staff member I interacted with was smiling, proactive, and genuinely eager to help. Whatever the management is doing to motivate that team, it’s working perfectly. I felt truly taken care of.

The Radisson is an our favorite hotel in Lagos. After landing at the airport, we check in overnight to decompress from traveling. The staff’s warm welcome is refreshing. The breakfast buffet is an amazing perk and the spa is unmatched. I appreciate Adesola, and Bimbola for always checking in to make sure we are having a good stay. Just checked out and can’t wait to check in again ♥️
