We came here without a car having got busses from Bilbao. Not easy finding a hotel with a pool and within LaGuardia so worked perfectly. Arguably not a four star but was comfortable and and pool was lovely.

Excelente hotel situado en lugar privilegiado con unos complementos servicios y con un personal muy cualificado, con una atención al cliente de 10. Un lugar para visitar y un hotel donde aloj****. Destaco la amabilidad del personal. Recomiendo utilizar el restaurante y el espacio Spa.

Not a 4 star hotel If it is, the stars are old, tarnished and some points are missing. No airco in the room although mentioned on their website, no heating between 10am and 6am, so if you’r towels are wet they stay wet. The furniture feel’s like the seventies, and probably is. Vintage when not needed. The swimming pool, the spa were not available because of maintenance. Why both in maintenance at the same time no answer. On the website this was not mentioned, not even when we were there, no rebate was given. Several times new towels were missing. The restaurant is a mix of great steaks, ansjovis and croquettes, but lousy asparagus from can. Service, bar and restaurant were very nice, reception was lacking, when confronted with our remarks, the switched to Spanish. I there was a manager, olthough we were there 3 days, he was nowhere to be seen, very feeble.

Maravilla de hotel para pasar un fantástico fin de semana en Laguardia. Habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Desayuno buffet perfecto con amplia variedad de productos. Restaurante con un súper menú con platos a elegir de primeros, segundos y postres a precio módico. Spa, muy completo con aguas termales, saunas, masajes relajantes, etc. Parking exterior gratuito. Todo el personal súper amable y atento. Sin duda volveremos.

Hemos estado dos noches en este hotel. Está a cinco/diez minutos andando de la bonita villa de Laguardia, puedes llegar por la acera y acceder por el ascensor que te deja en una de las puertas. El hotel es bonito y está muy limpio. Utilizamos el spa y fue una grata sorpresa, nos gustó mucho. Tiene amplio parking gratuito. El personal muy amable en todo momento. Lo recomendamos por ubicación y calidad. Solo una pega, la última noche íbamos a cenar en el restaurante y fue imposible, había una reunión de alguna empresa, pero lo malo fue el ruido que hicieron sin tener en cuenta el descanso del resto de alojados, y no eran precisamente quinceañeros.

Me encanta este hotel es como estar en casa, todo está impecable, ambiente tranquilo y buena ubicación. El personal de recepción muy atento a cualquier duda y te resuelven cualquier duda. El spa está genial y el personal super atento. Además admiten mascotas.

Fuimos al spa y nada mas entrar en la recepción empezamos a toser y picor dé ojos. Vestuario cutre en una antigua sauna con una dicha para 5. Chorros que hacían daño y algunos no funcionaban en fin mal. Hicimos hoja de reclamaciones y todo. La cena muy bien
