We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Ranch. Although this was a local weekend getaway, we felt a world away! We really enjoyed the ambiance of the resort and its amenities - including the spa, pool, and restaurants. The views of the canyon surrounding the resort are stunning and made it feel like we were tucked away in a little oasis. Everything was quiet, clean, and serene. We took advantage of the Pillows and Pancakes offer, which was a great way to try out all the restaurants on site and the beach cafe. We also got massages at the spa. The fact that they offer prenatal massage on site was one of the main reasons we chose the Ranch over other hotels. Overall we were impressed with the top notch service, kind staff, and wonderful focus on sustainability throughout the resort. We'd love to come back!

Excellent clean room & comfortable bed! We stayed in building one and enjoyed a great view of the creek and hillside. Wonderful & helpful hotel staff, excellent housekeeping service and excellent room service- LOVE the french fries! This is our third return visit to The Ranch and this time we celebrated my birthday. Easy walk to the beach and general quiet area with quick access to restaurants/treasure island beach. Always easy check in and check out - front desk staff is super helpful…we can’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Laguna Beach. Best place to stay in Laguna!

We enjoyed this magical resort for a spring break vacation with our kids, ages 8, 10, and 14. We love that all 5 of us could stay in one room. The 2 bedroom cottage is very spacious and comfortable. The views and landscaping at the resort are spectacular and attract magnificent birds. Our kids loved the pool and hot tub. Beach access is right there, including a great beach restaurant. We watched a seal get rescued. What a magical experience in Laguna!

We originally came to this resort for the spa and decided to book a room last minute. The spa was amazing and the staff was nice and accommodating. Everything from the pool service, front desk, and room service was excellent. The 2 bedroom cottage was impeccably clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We will definitely be back.

We love the Ranch! We have stayed at the Ranch twice in the last six months. Everything about the Ranch is lovely. The rooms are lovely and peaceful (the decor style is a personal favorite), the property is quiet, and feels it feels like you are in the middle of nowhere, while also being minutes from the beach. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful with any questions that arise. Harvest is a MUST! Phillip was our server, and he was excellent! 10/10 recommend The Ranch in Laguna Beach...you won't be disappointed!
