Zwei Zimmer waren vorgebucht. An der Rezeption war niemand. Ein Mobilfunknummer musste angerufen werden, ein Kellner vom 200m entfernten Speiselokal kam dann nach einiger Zeit. Zimmer 3: Bad neu gemacht, insgesamt o. k. Zimmer 12: Bad neu gemacht, Bett allerdings ohne Federung. Frühstück erst ab 8h. Früheres Frühstück 7h wurde zugesagt hat aber nicht geklappt weil die Kommunikation zwischen Rezeptionist und Küchenpersonal nicht funktionierte. Zwei von uns vier mussten deshalb ohne Frühstück los. Das Frühstück für die anderen beiden war gut. Der Frühstücksraum ist ein weiß angestrichener Kartoffelkeller ohne Lüftungsmöglichkeit. Reduzierte Rechnung für eines der beiden Zimmer ging zunächst nicht. Die Chefin mußte herbeitelefoniert werden (Zeitverlust). Vom Personal war niemand mit Muttersprache deutsch, das hat die Verständigung nicht einfacher gemacht.

Excellent breakfast. The room was very clean and felt unique with decor. We stayed in the suite which was perfect for a family but keep in mind there is only one bedroom. The staff was friendly. We would stay here again.
