Hotel with indoor and outdoor swimming pool. Location is 15mins from Bolzano where the main amenities are. Price is on the expensive side given the location and room size. Breakfast is decent. Have to pay for the bathrobe, slippers and towels for the pool. Indoor parking is good and free.

This was my 2nd time staying with Ideal Park. Overall, this is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at. It’s modern and nicely appointed, food is always plentiful, staff is extremely helpful and kind, and rooms are always clean and beds’ soft. This time there was a lot of noise and dust due to construction which is why I rated it a little lower in property.

Al mio arrivo sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso in quanto mi hanno fatto un upgrade gratuito della stanza. L’albergo ha tutto quello che serve per godersi un soggiorno in relax, la spa è meravigliosa, ho visto anche lo spettacolo in sauna aufguss veramente bello, le piscine a sfioro nel tetto e l’idromassaggio a lettino sono veramente fantastiche. La colazione, con i pancake fatti al momento con la cucina a vista e la cena avevano di tutto, c’era la parte a buffet e poi si ordinava alla carta, piatti tipici ma anche la pizza sfornata continuamente, devo dire che ho mangiato veramente bene. Unica piccolissima critica riguarda il personale della cena che era troppo veloce a portare via il piatto, a volte avevo ancora il boccone in bocca, per il resto ci tornerò sicuramente! Super consigliato

Wellnesshotel in der Stadt, selten so gut arrangiert für Familien. Einzelreisende, Paare und Gruppen. Schönes Desinge und hochwertige Einrichtung. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück und Abendessen. Zuvorkommende Gadtgeber und MitarbeiterInnen. Bozencard ist ein Hit!

Sehr schöne Zimmer, sehr sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, gutes Essen, sehr freundilche Mitarbeiter. Ein Kritikpunkt wäre dass man für Bademantel, Badetasche und Saunahandtuch extra bezahlen muss. Dies passt nicht so ganz zum guten Gesamtbild des Hotels.
