The breakfast was plentiful, and the parking lot was spacious. The cleanliness and service were also satisfactory. I'd give it a 7-star rating!

The room was clean and tidy, with a fantastic panoramic view of Yuehu Park! The environment is excellent, and the location is incredibly convenient. It's not far from the high-speed train station, just a 10-15 minute drive. The service was warm and thoughtful!

The breakfast selection is incredibly rich and comprehensive, offering everything from hot congee and pastries to fresh fruits and vegetables. All the food is fresh and served warm, and the dining environment is clean and comfortable.

The hotel is located in the heart of Laixi, with complete facilities. They even upgraded my room when I checked in late at night. The price was very reasonable, and I would recommend it.

The room was very spacious, new, and clean, with good soundproofing, and offered great value for money. It was fully equipped with a refrigerator, electric curtains, a welcome fruit platter, and a decent breakfast selection.

Service: Absolutely terrible. The front desk liars lied without batting an eye. They wouldn't answer my calls. When I went to the front desk, they said they wouldn't turn on the air conditioning, but would bring me a fan instead??? Environment: It was sweltering everywhere except the lobby. They wouldn't turn on the air conditioning, but if it was unbearably hot, they would bring a fan. Facilities: There were no nightlights or air conditioning; the power was simply cut off. Cleanliness: The two bottles of water in the room were almost expired. The corners were covered in mud, and the faucets were covered in mud. The drinking water tap was just regular water—disgusting! 🤮 The front desk deliberately didn't answer my calls, saying the water temperature wasn't high enough. The next day they said the pipes were under repair. Basically, they're just trying to save electricity. I think they should just close down as soon as possible and stop trying to cut corners. Please, everyone, don't go there!!!

I was very satisfied with the environment, cleanliness, and facilities. The biggest highlight was the excellent service. They provided a complimentary fruit platter, and there were snacks upon check-out. The staff were also very helpful in recommending good places to eat and have fun nearby.
