It's really, really good

It's really not good.

Very comfortable and spacious apartments, large windows, lots of natural light, 2 floors, 1st floor with kitchen, living room and 1 bathroom, kitchen with essential appliances, downstairs 2 bedrooms each with bathroom, welcome basket with local products, beachfront.

Unbeatable oceanfront location. Lovely staff. Equipped down to the smallest detail, with top-quality appliances in a spotless kitchen. Two full bathrooms and a powder room. Impeccable and spotless. Everything is brand new. It's situated opposite the natural pools, next to Barraka O’Abana. Just steps from Poço do Bacalhau and Maresia. You can't get better views. In my opinion: simply excellent.

We had originally planned to stay at Aldeia da Cuada. Since it was fully booked, we were accommodated in Villa do Mar, about 3 km away, under the same management. Check-in is at the reception in Aldeia da Cuada. If you like, you can go to Aldeia da Cuada for breakfast (which is very good!). The houses are located right by the sea (though there's no beach, just rocks with natural pools – beware of jellyfish!). They are very spacious, bright, and offer sea views, either partial or direct depending on the booking. The kitchen is very well equipped (induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso machine, etc.), but the selection of groceries in Faja Grande is really limited. You either have to shop in Santa Cruz or eat at the restaurants, although the selection there isn't very extensive either. The living room is great; we especially liked the Marshall speaker and the balcony. Unfortunately, there are already signs of damp on the walls inside the house, which is due to the high humidity on Flores. We would have loved a pool, especially with the July temperatures. To cool off, we swam in the Poço do Bacalhau waterfall, about 1km away – simply idyllic!
