My family of 4, including 2 teenagers, enjoyed our stay. It was clean and quiet. Our only complaint is that the beds were too firm for our taste. A heads up to anyone who plans to use the pool - you have to make reservations and it's a 1-hour limit.

The lady who checked me in was really sweet. The other lady who was working with her wasn't professional. The room was very hot upon entry. Carpet near AC felt wet. Room looked like it hadn't been dusted. There was no shower gel in the shower. Cakes the front desk and was put on hold for about 20 minutes. Had to call back. Room had gnats.I usually stay at a different Hilton but they were fully booked. Decided to try this one and I was very displeased.
