Super 8 by Wyndham Lake Charles/Sulphur

No Breakfast. Staff were nice. Asked for more pillows got only 1. Maid walked into my room asking if I need cleaning while I was naked after shower, Did not hear her knock.

Room was pretty good, better then expected. Would stay there again if we needed to. Bed was hard, that was the only down fall for me

Very clean!!! Bathroom, room, beds. The beds are so comfortable!! Great night sleep! Location is close to what we travel for, making it the best bang for our buck! We stay 2-3 times a month and the staff is always friendly and helpful!

We have stayed multiple times here, and always have a clean room, bathroom and beds! Air conditioner works perfectly! Sweet staff is always helpful if needed. It’s close to everything we need.

The air conditioner was excellent. 👍 I used it when need be. I was 5-8 minutes to restaurants. I was 14-15 minutes to Downtown Lake Charles.

The staff continuously called me to have me do early check in prior to even seeing the property and I had pay at property selected. She stated she’d tried to run my card to check me in WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I was furious but had my card locked so she couldn’t. I’d never stay here again.

Room was clean bath tub was wet with hair on the wall like someone just took shower before we got in it. There was no breakfast as advertised either.

We had no microwave and the beds had cigarette stains in the non-smoking beds.

Beds were made nicely. Bathroom was clean. Air conditioning worked. Room outside but not where you can see where you parked. You have to check in through a window, lobby is not open. Rooms are very small as well as the beds. Receptionist was very polite and fast at checking us in.
