when i'm in town, this is where i normally stay. now i'm reconsidering. i'm not sure if the a/c unit was working properly but it was incredibly muggy in the room. worse, there is a problem with the tv. the sports channels didn't come in properly....a lot of digital noise...so impossible to watch. the tv would turn off if you turned the volume up. it didn't response to 90% of the remote buttons. the internal board must be shot and the unit needs to be replaced. i told this to the person downstairs and of course the "engineers" were gone for the day. left a note to the manager and a work order was created. next day, manager not there (conveniently sick) and nothing pertinent was done to the television. not surprising sad to say don't try to use those things to help haul your luggage....the wheels are damaged and you'll throw your arm out trying to pull it or screw up your back pushing it. there are other places to stay and now is the time to try more

We arrived at night, wanted to drop off our stuff and go out. Little did we know we would have to go to 4 dirty rooms before finally getting to a clean one, 45 minutes later. The 1st room had already been used as the previous guest had complained of the toilet not working and was moved into another room but the front desk mistakenly put us in it. So we obviously request another room and get one on the 4th floor. We arrive to the 4th floor to be greeted by a big, full, trash bag when the elevator doors opened. Still we proceeded to our room and when we went in, the ac was off, the bathroom sink covered in hair and we pulled the comforter off to discover more hair. We call the front desk again, they apologize and come up to the 4th floor to find us another room. We get taken to 2 more rooms, including a suite and find hair again in the beds. After all this, we request to see a room not on the 4th floor and we get a room on the 3rd floor. The next day, the manager interrupts our breakfast to apologize for the rooms and offers us 15k reward points. We request 20k points and get told she will discuss with general manager. Days later of back and forth calls, the general manager rudely tells us no points are being offered. We will not be returning to this hotel as there are other, cleaner options with professional staff.

Great option for people with dogs. Not a lot of green space but enough for potty time. Everyone was very friendly and the room was very clean.

We had 1 issue with there being trash from the previous guest in our room upon check in. I called to the front desk and housekeeping was on the 6th flr at my door in less than 5mins. I was impressed with the quick response, but received the service I expected at Residence Inn the reason I stay at their properties when I get a chance.

Our stay was fantastic. We had our two young kids with us for a family wedding. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and personable - even remembering our name and asking how the wedding was when we returned!

This was the fourth hotel I have stayed in while my home is being repaired. Of the four, this was the best. Room was spacious, well laid out, and full kitchen was great for an extended stay. Full breakfast is up and running and very satisfying.

I would have given this review a fabulous rating. Normally I love their desk staff, kitchen staff, housekeeping staff, management … in fact, I feel they are the best in the area. Everything was perfect this time until checkout. Last Friday at about 10:30, I checked out as usual. Due to the fact I have had hotel items taken from my room after I had checked out, I prefer to make sure I am checked out when I leave a hotel. The lady at the desk was on the phone with someone wanting a rate.I waited. After about 5 minutes, she put the person on hold and I told her I was checking out and handed her my card. She rolled her eyes and put the card in the card with the other self checkout cards. I left and put my luggage in the car. I then came back. She was on the phone. I talked with another guest (who eventually left after he said he didn’t have time), I thanked the kitchen staff (they truly are great), and a little over 10 minutes later she put the person on hold. I asked her if she would check me out and explained why, and she (seeming quite irritated with my request), told me she would after she got off the phone. This is not normal for this hotel, but it left me frustrated. Hopefully, she was just having a bad day and this wasn’t her normal encounter with a guest.
