The room was nice and comfortable.
Didn’t like: can hear the traffic on the highway. Didn’t like the tv set up. Wish there were more dining options.

We don't usually write reviews for a hotel stay but this Hampton Inn in Lake City, FL was excellent. Without exception, ALL staff (especially at the front desk and housekeepers) were top notch, friendly, helpful and efficient. Rona Cunningham must be a great General Manager because quality, caring and professionalism trickle down to all staff. The room was clean and everything worked. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were super.

It was only for a night but the room and service were great. The front desk attendant was very polite and helpful and the cleaning staff was super friendly!

The room smell bad and the highway noise was intrusive and disrupted sleep. The rooms were small and cramped. The hotel is old and bathrooms not modern. Old style bathtub in our room. Couldn’t get out of this place fast enough. The TV didn’t seem to have a way to use streaming services, at least not obvious.

We would like to Thank Calvin, Rosalee and Peggy for all their friendly help in kitchen. Calvin in the past has made the best waffles that made us go back to Hampton Inn for our stay. Clean rooms and front desk staff was also very courteous and helpful.

It was definitely a lovely hotel for a quick nite stay! i felt guilty staying in the handicapped room. It was huge not cozy but fine.
