Megan at the front desk is the worst. I had to cancel my reservation due to her lack of knowledge and ability to speak to customers respectfully. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. She was super rude before I ever arrived so I had to call IHG to cancel because she also didn’t do this as requested!! *The manager Kathryn was great when I called to explain the situation the next morning. However, the girl Megan at the front desk actually lied and said her name was Monica. Terrible service from the front desk. *ended up at the Laquinta on NW Cali Dr ( basically across the street) the staff was AMAZING!! And the hotel was so nice!!

This is our fourth stay at this hotel and we really enjoy staying here. It's the halfway point between our state and Orlando. The rooms are clean the staff is very friendly, and caring. The hotel is well kept. The breakfast is good when we eat it, and there's a indoor pool that my nephew enjoyed. I consider this a family hotel. 😊
