Hilton Garden Inn Wisconsin Dells

I like the hot tubs outside, would be nice if of the 4 hot tubs there was a space only for adults. Breakfast items and times were very limited as well.

The room was a little run down. The shade wouldn’t open and the shower was very disappointing

Lovely place to stay. Professional staff provide hospitality.

Check-in was easy and clerk was very friendly. We had adjoining rooms and no door stops to hold the doors open between them (I got locked out of my room when we discovered that), there was a huge bug on the wall that we had to kill, bathroom floors were dirty and there was long black hair stuck on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms so we only used one shower, and the microwaves are completely useless-it took over 5 minutes to warm a cup of water for hot chocolate. The outlets with phone plug ins by the bed didn't work in room 408. We couldn't sit at the bar to enjoy a drink because there was never an open seat (which is a great thing for your business but not so much for us). The plus side is that the beds were very comfortable but my sheets were too short and kept coming off of the mattress (which really grossed me out thinking that this had to happen to others as well).over 5 mi were 1-

Friendly clean

Loved this hotel. Smaller and quiet which I enjoy. Good restaurants on the block and breakfast options in the hotel. The hotel was under remodel when we were there and from what i could see their remodels were freshing things up and going to be great. We had a suite which was nice. The couple flaws Im sure will be fixed with the remodel so im choosing to give the. Benfit of the doubt.

I have never stayed in a hotel cleaner than this one. I enjoyed a beautiful room, good continental breakfast, and corteous service. I was extremely satisfied and will book again next year.

We had a wonderful stay. We have stayed at all the Hilton properties in the Dells. This is by far the best. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility was clean and taken care of. The breakfast was great. The pool area was very nice. They had a bar, but we didn't partake. We will be back!!!
