The staff was very friendly and facility was adequate. The room could use some extra attention regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom floor. Enjoyed the outside pool but some safety concerns with life guards looking at their phones instead of the watching the small children in the kids area.

Great location close to everything in the Dells. Can walk to fun arcade for kids. Pool was great for our three and five year old. Our first night (Thursday) was nice and quiet. The second night (Friday) the hotel filled up. Decided to drive home late Friday night because the walls are very thin and could hear people running and talking in neighboring rooms, hallway, and above our room. If you had noise cancelling headphones it would be fine. If you didn’t have to get young kids to bed and were planning on staying up late, it would be fine as well. This was a good place to stay, but it was too loud for our kids to fall asleep even with a sound machine. Might help to get a room on the second floor or to come during the week when it is less crowded. Staff was very friendly.

The staff was very friendly.
However, the hot tub had a very weird/horrible smell to it.
The kiddie pool and bigger pool seemed to be just fine. Both of our kids loved playing on the slides.
There were some hole in our walls in our room, couple of the lights didn't work.

Disappointed the breakfast area or bar were not opened as seniors we prefer to travel during the week and not on the weekend.
