There was a mishap at checkin where momey was overdrawn from my account that shouldn't have been but the hotel was sure to make it right quickly. The room was clean, well stocked and beautifully laid out. The hotel itself was clean and enjoyable however my party wish that it included a continental breakfast so we could spend more time enjoying the other amenities. Our stay was enjoyable and I'm sure we will be back again!

Every thing was nice but instead of give 3 tv if we had access to Netflix or YouTube it would be great other then that everything was as it should be

Very clean, fun, convenient and quiet resort. Garbages always promptly taken, and supplies replenished when requested. Wristbands for waterpark and amusement park included in stay. Will definitely return with my family.

The only thing i didn't care for is the pressure of the timeshare push. Unfortunately i believe its a scam.
But other than that i cant wait to come back the room was outstanding and much nicer than expected.

I was traveling with my husband and my 6 years old granddaughter. We are very happy with everything water park and theme park is free room was nice and clean staff was nice. We will go back. Lobby have nice coffee enjoyed every morning.
