Fairfield Inn & Suites Lake Geneva

Nice and Clean, good breakfast, very satisfied with staying in.

Thirteen of us, 11 adults and 2 children, celebrated a 50th birthday while staying at the Fairfield. We found it very clean both in the rooms as well as the public areas. Rooms were well furnished and public area spacious. Workout area was good. Pool is on the smaller side. Breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic hotel. Clean and quiet. Conveniently located near the downtown area. The staff were great and Bobs Bar awesome. Will definitely be back.

I gave a poor review because the bed felt like i was sleeping on the floor it was so hard.

Although this Fairfield is 2 1/2 years old, it feels brand new due to the Covid slump. Rooms have some thoughtful new design, such as ample place to open suitcases - not on bed! Comfortable beds and clean throughout. Best thing was the breakfast - fresh fruit, Jimmy Dean sandwiches and individual crustless quiches (hot!) instead of the usual rubber scrambled eggs and sloppy waffles. About the only negative is that it’s not in the center of town on the lake, but it’s right off the interstate, and about 2 blocks from shopping center. Snacks available in lobby. Didn’t use pool or fitness, but they looked nice. Quiet, but we were there midweek.

The stay at the hotel was good and I have no complaints there. However, after I checked out and left the hotel, I noticed the amount of my bills was different from that on my reservation email by about $26 more. It's not a big amount and I thought it was probably some honest mistake made by the hotel staff when I checked in because she had to change our room type due to the room type we reserved not being cleaned yet. So for the next two days, I tried to reach out to the hotel, left voice messages to the hotel manager twice, and got NO responses whatsoever. I then reached out to Marriott's customer service and filed a case there. After waiting for almost a month and talking to three different customer specialists (who were actually very helpful), the case was still NOT solved! At one point, the hotel told the specialist that they have refunded me , which was a lie. As of today which is about almost a month after my stay, I reached out to Marriott's customer service again and the specialist reached to the hotel. Guess what, the hotel told her it was just some temporary incidental hold on my credit card and I should wait longer for it to drop. Well, it has been a month and I really do not think incidental hold will hold up that long on my credit card!! At this point, I feel like the hotel just does not want to deal with this situation so they make up whatever reasons to keep me wait and wait till I am tired of following things up. SO...if you decide to stay in this hotel, please be careful with the bill when you check out while you are still there. Once you leave and if you catch a problem, good luck (:

Chose Fairfield over the Cove to save the resort fee and so glad I did. Everything was perfect.

We stayed several times before and always satisfied,location is great

Nice place. The drain was plugged in the shower. I lifted the cover and pulled out a bunch of hair. Besides that my stay was as expected.
