All rooms are facing the lake. Our room # A-1 - provide a small refrigerator, stove, and microwave, Bed was comfortable and we slept well. We pick this location because it was most of the others were more expensive as this one was not so much.. . My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary over Labor Day weekend. This is an older property but very clean. The only thing I think that could improve this property would be to add another entrance area for the rooms closer on the ends instead of just the one central stairway. We stayed in B8, which was on the top corner. All of the rooms have a beautiful view of the lake. The back balcony facing the lake is not private, per say, but being on the end really helped give us the privacy we wanted. The room has a nice little kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom is smaller but that was not a big deal for us. It was clean and that's what mattered. The property has a nice dock that my husband and I enjoyed our evenings relaxing on. The location of this property is pretty perfect! Close to the water and not too far from everything else. We didn't have to travel farther than 20 minutes to do everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs. My husband and I honestly loved this place and can't wait to book again for our anniversary next year!

With the price I paid I was bit disappointed. The sofa bed was so old, you can feel the metal spring under the bed, it was really uncomfortable. The AC unit was one of those old ones, and it makes really loud noises when it comes on. Worst was they put us in the first level and floor above us was so loud, I thought some kid was doing cartwheel above us at nigh?! Thank goodness they quiet down around 9:30pm. The office hours are only 9-5 and subject to change, so makes it inconvenient. If you have a boat then it might be worth it the view was pretty til someone started smoking right outside above us. The price we pay for was largely due to the view by the lake, I think I’m not staying here anymore in the future

Great location right on the water, with a swim dock and boat slips right there. We rented 5 rooms for a family trip wit kids of all ages. We all loved it. The rooms are sizable and clean. Nice view of the lake from the deck. We used the provided grills, picnic table, and gazebo for dinners and the deck chairs during the day.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay at Long Island Lake Resort. The area is so quiet and peaceful, the lake is beautiful and the property and surrounding properties take great pride in upkeep and appearance. Our room was on the second floor and just the perfect size for us. Very much appreciated the coffee for the coffee maker! Looked like the room had been recently redecorated as everything looked updated. The associate at the front desk was so helpful and thoughtful enough to call us to see when we would arrive so she would be sure to greet us. Really, don't mess with downtown hotels and noise, stay here and enjoy your stay in Hot Springs!
