Home2 Suites by Hilton Hot Springs

We love the Home2 Suites franchise, and have admittedly high standards based on our past experiences with these properties. In that context, this property is sufficient, but it is not excellent. The main disappointment was the breakfast, which is usually fantastic. This facility substitutes instant oatmeal for hot oatmeal, and the sandwiches weren't very fresh.

Everything from the room to the main lobby was clean, all the amenities were wonderful. I loved the layout of the room, the blackout curtains, etc. Staff was wonderful!

This was my first time staying at a Home2 Suites, and I was really impressed with the rooms. Having a small kitchenette with a sink, dishes, microwave, and full refrigerator really makes the stay better. There is also a couch so you can relax and watch TV. I also want to commend the staff for helping me out when the AC stopped working in my room. This trip was supposed to be a quick getaway after my mom recently passed, and I was feeling totally defeated when the AC wasn't working. The staff went above and beyond to correct the problem, and I ended up having a very relaxing stay after I was moved to a new room. I was able to go to the bathhouses and come back and relax in my room. Thank you for everything you did. There was really only one disappointment, and that's the small communal areas. The hotel was obviously working with very limited space when it was built, and the common areas are very small (this includes the outdoor area where the pool is). Obviously this wouldn't discourage me from staying here again, but it's good to know if you're the type who likes to relax by the pool. The pool area would be too small for me to want to use it during the summer. Also, a word of caution, be very careful driving up to hotel the parking lot. The road leading to the property has a spot that is very uneven and you could do damage to your car and it's not noticeable at all. Drive very slowly. Thanks again for everything!

Everything was nice and clean because it’s a new property. Only negative was the pillows were horrible. Had no support. And the bedding was slick material and kept sliding all over and covers ended up off the bed by morning.

Front desk clerk was incredibly rude to a Hilton Honors member upon check in and with a request to move rooms. Will never stay here again.

The room that we were given was not what we paid extra for, but we agreed to just get a studio room as long as it had a lake view which we were told that’s what we were going to get. But we came in a room with window facing nothing but a parking lot. We were lied to. Staff were not friendly at all and the breakfast was terrible. I do not recommend this hotel. It is not worth it for the price. There are plenty of better hotels in the area that are more reasonable priced and better customer service.
