Location and staff were great for us. Smell in the bathroom needs to be addressed beyond being given fabreeze to mask sewer odors.

Linda at the front desk was amazing and went the extra mile to accommodate me and my family. I'll Def come back because of her and her customer service skills. Thanks again and.cant wait to come back to visit the hampton inn suites in the future.

Upon check in we were assigned a room when to the room the room hadn’t been cleaned. Went back down to the checkin she apologized. She assigned us a new room when we got to the room it was a king room in which we didn’t want. We paid more money to have a room with 2 queen beds. Didn’t want to spend our time in the check in line so we just decided to deal with the king room.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtet, Zimmer leider nicht sauber. Bevor wir das Bad benutzen konnten mussten wir zunächst die Toilette und das Waschbecken desinfizieren, überall Haare von Vorgängern. Freundlichkeit des Personals auch sehr mau. Keine Auskunft zu Frühstückszeiten.

Kimberly at the front desk on Saturday evening 2/10 was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she so polite and professional to everyone she encountered, she helped me out tremendously. Above and beyond! She’s a gem!
Room and breakfast area were very clean and presentation was spot on. Great place to stay!
