The location was perfect- looks right out on the London Bridge and Lake Havasu. There’s a nice walking/biking path on both sides of the river. Easy access (stairs) from the river to the street, across the bridge to the other side. Might be a bit tricky in a wheelchair - there’s an elevator at the Heat a hotel, but might be easier to drive across to the other side of the river and go down the steep path? Not sure - should be doable but would take longer. Javelina Cantina is very close.decent food, not good margaritas! (Skinny). The brew pub right next door and another restaurant we’re closed, but there were open restaurants across the river where you could dine outside (crap margs there too!). Anyway- hotel room is big, nice patio, nice folks at the front desk. Happy hour with nice outdoor seating. Boat docks out front, if you’re fancy like that. I thought it was a bit pricey, but for the location, chill factor, and views, I’d stay there again in a heartbeat!!

Perfect! Highly recommend? The picture was taken directly outside my room. What more could you ask for at an excellent facility. When in lake Havasu be sure to stay at the heat.

We were very pleased with the location and the hospitality of the staff. The only suggestions we have are the place needs to be updated-paint, grout in shower, etc. Needs a facelift badly. Additionally, website could be updated to include a list of room amenities. We didn't realize we had a microwave until we opened a cupboard when departing.

I LOVE Heat Hotel, the location is fabulous, the prices are reasonable and the beds are super comfortable. This trip I booked the Inferno Room. I was not impressed. It was really loud, we could hear people's conversations as they were out walking, also it was such a big open room that it did not feel cozy. However, if you are looking for a party room with a full bar and easy access to the Lake - then Inferno is for you! Next time I will stick with standard room.

The room a disaster, even the bathtub did not work, curtains torn, sofa dirty and divinity old and used hard...
