WorldMark Havasu Dunes

Fabulous stay at Havasu Dunes Resort. Clean convenient location across from lake. Units are perfect for lounging or having family fun. Games and puzzles available. Barbecues cleaned daily by staff! Put put golf, cornhole, hot tub pool for passing time. Don't wait come join the fun!

This place has some pluses and minuses. First, the positive. The personnel at the reception were very professional, and pleasant. Similarly, the staff are very nice and courteous. The place is also very convenient for various places around the lake. That includes London Bridge and boat rentals and cruises. There is a Safeway within 1 mile and a Walmart supercenter approximately 8 miles away. There is shaded parking. Now, the negative. The rooms are pretty small. The living and dining room is relatively spacious. But the bathrooms are tiny, especially the bathroom off the master bedroom. The closets are also very small. The bedrooms are also quite small. We understand that that is the nature of the place but it is something to factor in if you like to stay in a place with a fair amount of space. Also, when we arrived, we discovered that the dishes were dirty. We put them in the dishwasher, but that did not appear to make much impression on them. Thereafter, during our stay, we had to wash dishes by hand. That left a bad taste to put it mildly. Another major inconvenience is that there are no laundry facilities in the unit. Once again, these units are small and the design apparently would not allow for a washing machine and dryer within the unit. There is free laundry, facilities available, but that is over by reception. The pool is nice but quite small. Overall, a very mixed experience here.

This vacation was all about rest and relaxation. And WorldMark Havasu Dunes was the perfect place for that! The view was spectacular. The condo was comfortable and spacious. There is not a lot to do in December and that was fine with us. I did find a couple of great brew pubs for lunch. But we had a well stocked kitchen for breakfasts & dinners.

Great trip! Great location of hotel, staff was friendly! Would definitely stay again. 😀

Better than anticipated. Although clerk when we arrived was rather indifferent, everyone else was very friendly and helpful.

Nice to have separate kitchen and living room. Felt very private, comfy bed and pool right outside of our room!
