The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good.
Trying to cancel my next booking through here.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

Every room smelled like cat urine. It may have been some type of ammonia they use to clean the rooms, but we couldn’t breathe in any of the rooms they showed us. Staff did try to be helpful, but management refused to honor our cancellation even though we got there early enough to do so. We had to book a hotel elsewhere and eat the cost. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel if you have any allergies and do not book via ******* should you run into challenges because they will say ******* is the reason that they cannot accommodate.

Feel that facility is too big and not properly staffed. They never came by to clean my room. When I went to the front desk to ask for coffee pods and towels for the next day they said that they would send some to my room, but never did. Carpets were gross.

Nice place to stay, great price . Just don’t drink at the bar as the bartender is strict about having fun. She is rude and very unpredictable.

For the room itself was clean but the bathroom was horrible! It was dirty and it had dirt and spots over the place! For a handicap room we were really surprised that it was that bad. The raised toilet seat had metal on the back and it’s all rusty and dirty as was under the seat and under the shower seat It was also rusty or something was dirty under it and it was just yucky! The room was OK and the beds are OK but the sheets are very thin and worn! Newvnice sheets would be great

This is an amazing place to stay in Lake Havasu City. Our room was clean, beds comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating. The whole place was the cleanest I've seen in a long time.
