The room smelt like cat pee and I needed an ADA room, but was not given one. The iron board in the bathroom was covered in stains and the room as a whole feels really dingy. The traffic from the road is super loud and made it hard to sleep.
I’m extremely disappointed as the reviews were good.
Trying to cancel my next booking through here.
On the plus side, the lady at the front desk was super nice, but that doesn’t make up for the room quality. 😕

The bed was comfortable and all appliances worked well. The room did have a smoking smell when we first entered and had to air it out and then it was fine.

There room was very dirty and the bathroom had poop on the toilet and hair all over the tub like not even cleaned. The sink didn’t drain properly. The door rattled all night. We were near a very busy intersection, so heard traffic all night.

There's absolutely no outdoor lighting. When I checked in the person behind the counter told me that I would have a great view of the lake from the room that I was in. But she failed to notify me of the noise from all of the cars, hot rods, and big rigs using I-95 right next to the hotel.

Staff excellent but building getting a bit tired. Bathroom in need of upgrade and faint mildew smell pervaded room on arrival but not overpowering...still though aware of it. Would stay again as excellent value
