The room was clean and well-appointed with a refrigerator, microwave, and coffeemaker. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. I did not hear traffic noise from the nearby Interstate (I-4), and liked that the A/C fan ran continuously so I did not hear it cycle on and off. Nice assortment of pillows. Beware the wooden platform for the bed - I discovered the hard way the corners are sharp and protrude well past the edge of the mattress. The only negative during my stay was the impatient and rude front desk clerk at check-in. I finally asked her if my check-in was interrupting something more important. Nice breakfast selection; platter of eggs, meat and crispy fried potatoes was served by attendants, everything else was self-serve. Breakfast area was clean.

Pedro at the front desk went above and beyond to help our party enjoy our time at the hotel. He was extremely kind and hospitable. I hope whoever he reports to recognizes his hard work and effort. I used to work in hospitality and I know it’s often that these types of reviews go unnoticed, I sincerely hope that’s not the case. He is a great guy and did an amazing job managing his duties and going over the top for our group to make us feel welcomed and cared for. Huge kudos to Pedro and his team.

Room toilet clogged twice while, although staff sent maintenance worker to the issue, worker came a plunger which unclogged toilet for a day and had to call again.
Room felt dirty, room smell musty and rugs did did not appear to be clean.

Room was never cleaned. Stayed for 2 nights. Room was very dingy. Had a mildew smell. Could be from the carpet. Rusted bathroom

We stayed 2 nights for my sons wedding across the street. We had 2 hotel options to book with but unfortunately chose Garden inn. We had Multiple families and all had same complaint. Staff was very rude and not helpful. No Heat in all rooms (42 deg out). We had no extra bedding even though I was in a suite that slept more that 4. I was charged more than room rate because the suites are not listed on site. The smaller rooms are and had that rate changed since wedding party was quoted more than advertised. Do not trust pricing. I was also charged for a room I reserved for family member. They did not ask for a card and just checked them out using my info. The lights were broken causing problems getting ready. Toilet ran always!! Stay at Hilton next door. They were very nice. Rooms are bigger, cheaper and free breakfast. Staff was nicer too. Received what I guess now was a generic text asking how the stay was going. I told them and I still haven't received their response. So with that I warn others staying in the area for an event across the street.

I like that the hotel is very cozy and has everything I need for a quick trip to Orlando. I love that there's a bar on site and a terrace to hangout and relax. The hotel breakfast was also very good and convenient. This is our 2nd stay here and staff is always amazing. but this time around I noticed the guestrooms need major tlc. Our shower had a shower mat that had mold on it. This was gross! and the carpet in the room had several stains and you can just tell is time to change them. Pillows were flat and I just felt stuffy in there. Had a horrible night sleep.
