Very old hotel, room wasn’t clean, found other people’s stuff in the room. Kitchen was not equipped with anything! Couldn’t get hot water or open a can. Terrible

Just got my new reservation for my stay here. I am back again. I even got the same room as before. The room has a kitchenette so I can cook and relax for the evening. The room is very clean and pleasant. The manager, Jen, helped with the reservation and she did it very quickly. Mona was at the from desk with her and she was very friendly and upbeat. We have stayed here before and have met a lot of the staff and they, Cora, Omar, Marge, Ivan, Precy, Kian, Ding, May, Richie (Maintenance), have all been so attentive and helpful. If we have any problems, whoever is on duty proptly helps us take care of them.

Booked the Extended Stay to cut back on food costs and prepare my own meals for the week. Wasn’t prepared to spend $60 for a pan, cooking pot,one plate, one cup, one fork, knife and spoon. Plus there was no coffee maker, no paper towels or detergent. I get it, that stuff tends to walk off. I bought those things and left them outside the room, hopefully to help out a family. Sleep was ok except for the one morning a tour bus fired up at 4:45am outside my window. The room had a nice refrigerator, nice tv, good shower, good microwave and full dishwasher, which was kind of humorous seeing I had one plate and one glass. Hallways and carpeting are beat up. Adjust your expectations down to match the rate.

Room was filled with roaches

Worst experience ever. No even shampoo, terrible

Expect nothing except an actual bed in a room with a door. Too open the door you have to push the handle down and then pull up and then push the door in. You get exactly two towels in the room and if you want any extra or clean ones you have to pay for them. This is not like any other extended stay hotel that I've ever stayed in. You don't even get a box of tissues in your room. If you forget shampoo soap any of the normal things you get when you in a hotel you don't get them here. You can't even get ABC on their television. The floors are disgusting. This morning I woke up to roaches crawling on the TV. The smell in there I think is a mildew smell but not positive. The only positive thing I could say is the mattress didn't squeak. You go out any door to go outside and people are smoking all around you and all of the grounds look like an ashtray with cigarette buds every which way. The first night there, there were two guys smoking up behind the building. And the lady at the front desk isn't the politest person to say the least. Parking area is definitely not safe. I would never let a single kid out of my sight for any second anywhere on this property.

Hotel was filthy and really smelly. ************ all over the place. It’s sad that the front desk manager let us check in knowingly that the room was smelly and wet. Worst experience ever.

Unfortunately, I was unpleased with the state of this property. As a frequent traveler, I have a high tolerance for items awaiting repair or slight inconveniences, but this property is in need of a complete over-haul. The fold out couch in the room was extremely old and falling apart. You can clearly see where it was patched up with brown tape. The mattress on the double size bed was uncomfortable and should be replaced. The carpet is worn in the rooms and down the hallways. There's literally holes worn in the carpet. The building may have mold issues as well. My family experienced respiratory problems the day after. The check in was super easy and the staff was very nice. The pool was clean and inviting. There's really no food on the property but there are options close by. Good luck!

I sent my teenage son to the front desk to get some towels because there were three of us in the room with the description stated sleep up to six people. When he asked for it he was refused. I sent him back down and he stated that there are three of us and not enough towels and rags. He gave my son a set and said next time we would have to pay a few for it. So do we need to start bringing our own towels if we can’t even be accommodated with them for the amount of people in our room?
