Had a great time with family. The hotel was clean, everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk to housekeeping. Good variety for breakfast, and close to Legoland, shoping and other food options.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the front desk team was friendly, efficient, and welcoming, making check-in quick and stress-free. Every member of their team we encountered on property was friendly and accommodating. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, and I appreciated the thoughtful layout with a swivel TV mount, which made great use of the space. Even though this is a limited-service hotel, it had everything I needed for a comfortable stay — fast Wi-Fi, plenty of outlets, and a nice workspace. The location was also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants, shopping, and major roads. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout my stay. While there’s no full-service restaurant, the hot buffet breakfast had options that were fresh and convenient — perfect fueling our family for a full day at Legoland. Overall, this hotel delivers exceptional value for the price. If you're looking for a clean, reliable, and comfortable place to stay without paying for extras you don’t need, this is an excellent choice. I will absolutely stay here again!

I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The breakfast was very good. The parking was safe and easy. Unfortunately, they totally skimp on amenities. No bottled water in the rooms (they will sell you a small bottle for $2). No coffee maker. No ability to stream on the TV. The bedding left me with a back ache. I'm not recommending this property. The price was entirely too high for the amenities they provide.

We planned our 1st (and last) visit to Bok Tower Gardens, and this hotel seemed the best for our stay I noted that we would arrive early (before 1 p.m.) once I saw the weather forecast- record heat. I guess we had the only 395 Sq Ft 1 King Bed Suite Sofa Bed room, #317, because we had to wait about 15 minutes on arrival; we were told that previous guests had checked out late, that it was the only such room of this type in hotel, and that it was being cleaned as we arrived. All ok, and we were checked in and sent to our room to escape the afternoon heat as quickly as possible. We arrived to a welcome sign outside the room (above the room number placard), for my top IHG status. The entry room had a sofa bed with a pop-up table just in front as well as a 2 top eating table. The main room had the bed, a closet with a safe-didn't need but a pleasant surprise, desk, drawers, TV. a chair in the corner. The bathroom was very clean and efficient with 2 of each size towel plus a floormat towel, standard Dove HIE amenities in squeeze tubes, sink, and shower. Our view was mostly the awning above the entrance to the hotel. My only issue with the room was the difficulty watching the TV, mounted in the main room, from the sofa in the entrance room? Breakfast was very good for HIE. The pancake machine was actually working. There were scrambled eggs, cheese omelets, turkey sausage, biscuits & gravy, and more. Potatoes were located by the breads. I didn't see sugar-free syrup so I asked the one guy working breakfast, and he brought me 2 servings from the back room. This seemed like a good idea so those, especially children, didn't take it to waste! All items were at proper temperature, including coffee from pressing machines, so I rate this as one of the best HIE breakfasts I've had. It was as good as the $17.95 buffet at the Holiday Inn in Tampa where we stayed the night before. Because of my status, I received that one at no charge, but for those who don't have status, a different story? We were able to park in 1 of the 3 Diamond parking spaces on arrival and our return from dinner. Only 1 other was occupied when we returned from dinner so these spots were not being used by staff and guests without status as is the case at many IHG locations! Also very tasty cookies: chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin are available 5-7 p.m. in the evening. Check-out was quick and easy as we departed about 8 a.m. for home to beat the heat, which was to be even more than the day before. Traffic was awful once we reached I-4, and we had to take a back route to avoid some of it. In conclusion, as I told them at check-out, we probably won't be back in area. One visit to the gardens is sufficient! There's not much else in the area except former orange groves being converted to housing, so so restaurants, and retirees! I do highly recommend this hotel, although it seems a bit pricey for location, and would stay there again, if needed! Staff went above and

This is not your normal express hotel located in a retail center. It was clean, quiet, safe, and all you expect. But the breakfast was actually the high point. The staff manager the breakfast space take pride in their work. That are fastidiously clean, and make sure all food items are fresh and ready for guests. The quality of the food items were high level restaurant good. Kudos to this team. Best express hotel breakfast I’ve ever had

Yes is was spotless. Staff was excellent and the amenities wer everything that I need. I am thankful that the staff refreshed the room. 5hat much appreciated. Do see that other brands. We will return.

The room was spacious, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Not a speck of dust anywhere, and it smelled fresh and inviting. The bed was divine!! Staff were courteous and friendly. Our room was on the first floor, just off the lobby and facing the front of the hotel so there was a little bit of road noise and some loud people in the hallway - nothing a white noise machine couldn’t muffle, but if you’re a light sleeper you may want to request a room in a quieter area. We stayed here during a trip to Legoland and the location is ideal!
