This was a great experience Shane was friendly and always ready to provide recommendations on where to eat Venue was great and clean Only negative traffic at 2am was a little annoying but not enough to spoil the visit Satisfied customer !

Thanks for a great experience during our stay. We had a spacious family room including a queen bed, a single bed and double bunk. The kitchenette had equipment beyond the norm. There was plenty of natural light from full length windows near the balcony. We easily walked to cafes and supermarket.

This inn is very nice, although it si nezt to the road, there is no road noise during sleeping. The room is tidy and practical.

Owner was so accommodating when I requested for a ground floor room last minute due to a mishap that led to limited mobility. Convenient location.

Friendly welcome on arrival. Lovely modern and well equipped rooms that are very spacious and with a nice balcony. Plenty of seating and a table. Great location and very quiet despite being so central. Parking right outside room. Would def stay again.

awful reviewed above - terrible service, not clean, broken furniture, dated , stained carpet, left at 5am very dated - photo's misleading very noisy with McDonalds over the road booking thru Qantas was not helpful - they washed their hands of it and kept telling me they coundn't contact management no,no,no

My wife and I recently spent three nights at Ballarat Central CIty Motor Inn in an upstairs queen room. The motel is in a great location on the edge of Ballarat's CBD and is an easy walk into the CBD and to supermarkets. There is a great view from the balcony looking towards Sturt Street. Check in was quick and easy, and the owners are very friendly and happy to give advice on things to see and do in Ballarat. The room is relatively large and the bed was comfortable. The room includes a microwave, cutlery and plates and while a tea towel and cloth is provided there was no dishwashing detergent. The motel still provides individual shampoo and soap rather than dispensers. A guest laundry is available and the owners will do your washing for a nominal charge of $5. The motel has a small indoor heated pool but unfortunately we did not have time to try it. One thing for guests in upstairs rooms to note is that the edges of the stairs can be slippery. At $143/night we thought Ballarat Central Motor Inn is excellent value and we would be very happy to return. TC
