7.6 Not as Advertised. .Furnishings in need of replacement i.e. sink cracked, night stand and dresser with cigarette burns. Bed very very hard.

The lady was very nice the out side of the property and the kitchen was the nicest thing there. The beds was outdated and hard. Towels was very dirty. There was spoons in the kitchen use to heat up *****. I wish I never spent 190 to rent a room for one night. Never again. Holiday in was cheaper but wanted to support a local business. Never again.

Room looked nice, clean but soon realized
bed and couch was Infested in my room
BB bites rampant ( urgent care concurred).
Apparently Not in other rooms
Proprietor unresponsive but other staff
( her family) very nice, but mostly absent.

This apartment was completely furnished. You could cook. The bed very comfortable. Had lots of tv channels. It’s a full sized apartment. For the price great deal. Parking right outside. Caretaker very sweet lady. Loved the courtyard very clean. You can walk to all the stores. I will rent here again.

everything was nice ,clean and save but the AC wall or window unit was extremely loud. the front desk lady was very nice and have good costumer service.

Property was convenient however the roaches and ants crawling around made it a difficult stay. AC loud, lampshade broken, bed uncomfortable, nightstand lamp didn’t work. I would rate this facility (from 1-10) a weak 2.
