Gross bathroom. Toilet seat broken. Fan unbelievably filthy. No rug on floor. Holes in bathroom ceiling. No smoking room but grossly over saturated with cleaning/air freshener smell. Even for New Jersey this was a dump.

For the price I paid, it's OK.
But some of the work can be done to make it cleaner.
If feels like people own it, don't want to do anything and run it to the bottom.

The staff was pleasant and attended to us quickly.
The property needed some sprucing up like painting, some exterior repairs.

The room smelled bad and the bathtub was not cleaned ever. There was dirty rings around the tub and the shower rod was badly installed. The reception was smelly and dirty as well. I think a partial refund is in order in the amount of $50 for the inconvenience
