The whole Staff at Marriott Courtyard Lakeland was Amazing!!! They all work together to give the best service. I stopped by to tell this to the hotel manager. I was so impressed and enjoyed my stay.

Where do begin…this is an older hotel that Marriott bought and did just enough to call it one. The lobby is noisy with a large refrigerator noise. They left the vacuum out right in front of a table and it was dinner hour. We checked in and asked to be on a quiet floor away from noise. He put us on the highway side and right next to the ice machine and elevator. The room air conditioner was so noisy we had to find ear plugs. The bathrooms are not remodeled. We stayed three nights and they only service a room the third day so we had to ask for more coffee and towels and we paid 283.00 a night….pool was cold no heater..no hot tub..,they close breakfast-at 9:30 am which you have to pay a for a la cart prices for everything. Please be ware of this hotel it doe not have the standards of many Marriotts. Will never come back and do more research before booking any other Marriotts, they are no created equally. So disappointed in the chain overall!! I visit many of them they do not have the charm they advertise.
