Pulled up as a cop was pulling out. Exterior entrance to each room was a large sliding glass door. View was the highway overpass. When I realized I failed to pack my thigh-high black leather boots, frayed denim mini skirt, halter top, and cigarettes, I opted to NOT stay. Submitted a request for a refund to Trip.com but was not granted one. Would recommend this location for men on hunting trips who bring their guns. Single women travelers are unlikely to feel safe.

very dissapointed by the absence of ANY breakfast - not even donuts or pastries. also our room, while nice and big and well furnished, was extremely noisy

I have no idea how this property got an 8/10 average but it was pretty much the worst place I have ever stayed. It smelled awful, the floor was sticky, there was toothpaste smeared in the door, holes in the wall. Advertised as having food on site which it did not. Just terrible all around.

The nicest stay at a motel in Lakeland, Fla. Excellent Room #109. Vey clean and quiet. Very clean hallways. Nice smell when you come in. Very nice pool too! No complaints! Thank you for a very sweet visit! The girls that clean the rooms are very pleasant. They too do a remarkable job. The grounds are kept groomed too! We will always stay here when we come down to Lakeland Fla. Reasonably priced also!

The hotel and the room was decent. But the lodge has this odor to it, fairly strong, was a little disconcerting. Other than that, all good.

To begin with they took out the money ahead of time. The microwave would not work. The toilet was clogged so they gave me the plunger to unclog this myself because the maintenace people were gone. All in all, a bad stay. I would think that I was intitled to a full refund of my stay. Have stayed at this hotel a number of times in the past. We will NOT be back again.

Stayed here one night on Saturday, June 8th. My room as well as the hallways and common areas were very clean. So clean you could smell the cleaning products. The pool was clean as well, I saw someone cleaning it a half hour before it opened in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. 10 out of 10 stay I did not have a single problem. Both of the ladies at the front desk were very nice and friendly.
