Hotel was very clean and well maintained, room was as described and much better than competitor we stayed in previous night

I called ahead to ask if I could get early check in as I was visiting Moffitt Cancer center and I have to travel back and forth over 2.5 hrs 1 way for treatment for my aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer. I was going to book online so I could use my rewards and have a free night as i was too tired to drive home and cant afford much. The girl at the hotel said sorry I cant give you early checkin unless I process your payment. So I had no choice I couldnt drive much longer. So I had to pay full price for my room that was disgusting and smelt like mold on top of the horrible lack of any compassion or empathy for my situation

My stay at the hotel was exceptional. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for comfort and great service. The rooms were extremely clean and well maintained. Honestly, it felt no less than a 4-star hotel experience. The staff were outstanding — professional, friendly, and very efficient. They made the check-in and check-out process quick and hassle-free. The overall ambience of the hotel was refreshing, relaxing, and welcoming. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely visit again.

Charlie at the front desk was beyond amazing! Extremely helpful and nice. She was able to get me checked in super early after dealing with a crappy hotel up the road and needing a different place before Sun N Fun. So far the room is super clean, everything works as it should. The room is updated. Overall a great place!

Beautifully decorated room with Sunset beach painting. Yasha was very helpful in checking me In, The location is very safe and convenient With gas station around and Cracker Barrel next, but not too many other places. Would definitely Stay at this place again

Very nice clean room with a great breakfast. We were having a brake issue with our car and was getting it fixed and the staff here was very helpful in extending our stay for another night and getting us in another room early so we could keep our belongings that we needed in the room.

Great hotel, location, breakfast and their employees staff. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in Lakeland, Florida.

The hotel is located close to highway. The staff was friendly. Room was clean. Overall good experience. The pool was closed early (we arrived at around 8pm and it was closed.)

My goodness, I was super impressed with your accommodations for the price point. I have never stayed in a room so big and cozy. The staff was well informed and the welcoming scent in the lobby on arrival was heavenly. I gotta find out what that is, its so luxurious smelling! Thank you for a wonderful stay, job well done. You most definitely exceeded my expectations.
