TownePlace Suites Lakeland

My stay @ TownePlace Suites Marriott Lakeland was enjoyable. I was upgraded to a suite as a Bonvoy Member. Robin at the front desk was a delight and very helpful in setting up my mobile key on my cell phone. Overall, I was impressed with the condition of my suite, as well as the cleanliness throughout the location.

Hotel was immaculate. The staff was amazing. My husband had an injury during our stay and they helped us find a pharmacy among other things. The hotel is in a great location.

This hotel is clean, affordable and very conveniently located. The included, full breakfast was perfect with very good coffee, which is a MUST.

We had a great stay. We were in town for a soccer tourney and the hotel staff opened breakfast a bit earlier for the kids which was not only thoughtful but so appreciated. Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional experience and a perfect stay in every way! One of the best hotels I have stayed in recently. Every single detail of the stay was outstanding and deserves praise: Cleanliness & Quietness: The hotel is spotlessly clean in all areas, and the overall atmosphere is very quiet and relaxing. Rooms & Bedding: The furniture and bedding are of premium quality and incredibly comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Service: The staff is professional, quick, and very welcoming. Service is delivered with a genuine smile. Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was diverse, fresh, delicious, and caters to all tastes. Location: The location is excellent, strategic, and very easy to access. A truly wonderful experience by all measures. I highly recommend it and it will definitely be my first choice for future visits.

Beware! We were double charged. My card was put in file to book the room. When my husband checked in they got his card, they charged both cards for the same night. The manager never returned any of our calls. We emailed Marriott who said they cannot override what a location does. This is fraud!!! Do NOT give this place your credit card information.

Excellent accommodations. Clean, bright and well maintained. Good breakfast. Easy access to I-4 and State Hwy 98.

This property has become my go to when working in the Lakeland area. It is super convent with a wide range or restaurants very close by. The staff is friendly and attentive and it has some recent renovations that make it feel cheery.
