Clean. Pool and hot tub were awesome. The breakfast was very good! Staff very friendly and receptive.
A small problem with the heat/air in the room - even though it was freezing outside we couldn't get it to cool.

Hotel is a bit dated, but the staff and lower room cost made up for this. Very clean and well kept pool and hot tub area. Breakfast area is very small, but it was well stocked and kept clean, it did only have one waffle maker, so it was a long wait to feed the kids.

Very kind employee/owner, great location and nice pool area. Rooms and common areas a bit dirty but we were ok with it. Bed was clean.
