從入住到退房的三天內，有關房間誤分配及房卡失效這樣的問題就出現了三次，前台也並無任何道歉表示，好像都很平常而已。Springhill這個品牌大概在美國屬於中檔偏下吧，沒有什麼可讓人高評的地方。

Lovely well priced hotel in great area. Lots of dining options nearby. Would have been even better had they not charged the credit card I gave them for incidentals to pay for the room I had already paid for through Trip.com ! This was the second time in two months they did this to me. And each time I had to call or go by and tell them to correct their mistake. Asst manager, Faith, told me they can’t tell if Trip guests have already pre-paid for their room or not …. !?! Funny not funny how all the other hotels I book via Trip can tell and don’t double charge me for my room fee ….. 🤔

It was like a new hotel. It was really really nice. It smelled like a new hotel. They’re only two issues: one) the room had a sleeper sofa in it, and sitting on it highlighted that it was one of the most uncomfortable pieces of furniture I’ve encountered in a very long time; two) the water pressure was just absolutely dreadful. Offsetting that: the hot breakfast in the mornings was really really good.

Our stay at Springhill Suites was very comfortable and was in a convenient location to our families in the area. The water pressure in the shower was decent and the furnishings were comfortable. We didn't utilize the room much as we were with family, but it was laid out well and very quiet even though it is next to a hopsital and busy street. Staff were very pleasant and check-in and check-out were a breeze. My only complaint would be the breakfast. Only fruit was apples and the orange juice was very watery one of the days (we stayed 3 nights). Would stay here again.

Busy part of town with lots of options for shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel renovation was a bit inconvenient but not really a hinderance or noisy. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Beds were comfortable and there were no issues in our room. I would so appreciate a higher quality coffee service in room. What's offered now says to me 'we really don't care.' Either do it right or don't (my opinion).
